The room was top-notch and brand-new with a straight balcony - enjoyed it. The hotel had an absolutely perfect and incredible location to the o2 academy.

The bed was a little hard in this place.

The place was clean and luxury, had well-mannered staff at the reception desk. Hotel's room was well-appointed and extremely pleasant with a nice view of mountains and streams. Amazing and stunning location right near the trains, exceeded all expectations. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Lots of food for breakfast, which was fab to satisfy everyone. It was fashionable, spotless and with terrace. The location was brilliant - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was pretty slow.
